Who is Eligible?

You must fulfill ALL of these conditions:

Must be a permanent resident of West Bengal.
Applicant must be at least 18 years old and the groom must be at least 21 years old.
Must be her first marriage.
Family income must not exceed ₹1,50,000 per year.
