Annapurna Bhandar (অন্নপূর্ণা ভাণ্ডার) is a crucial food security initiative by the West Bengal government providing free rations and subsidized food grains to economically weaker sections to ensure zero hunger across the state.

The scheme has been expanded to ensure all Antyodaya Anna Yojana (AAY) and Priority Household (PHH) cardholders receive completely free rations directly from authorized ration shops.

Cardholders receive fixed allotments of rice and wheat completely free of cost every single month.

Who is Eligible?

You must fulfill ALL of these conditions:

Must be a permanent resident of West Bengal.
Must hold an active AAY, PHH, or RKSY digital ration card.
Must belong to an economically weaker section or below poverty line.
